The products offered are those listed in the catalog published on the website tibetart.fr. These products are sold within the limits of available stock. The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible but need not necessarily be identical to the actual product.
Prices listed in the catalog are inclusive of VAT (for delivery in metropolitan France) on day of order, any rate change is automatically reflected in the price of products. These prices do not include postage and packaging, which are displayed separately in the order. Tibet Art reserves the right to change prices at any time, however the prices listed at the time of order will be applicable.
Any incorrect information provided by the Purchaser in order to evade VAT is infringement of the law and may result in fines and criminal prosecution.
Each order is accepted by Tibet Art, if you:

For the Buyer, the validation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale,
All data and validation saved by Tibet Art will be valid proof of the transaction. The validation will be worth signing and acceptance of transactions. Email of confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address filled in the form by the buyer.
Buyer has a withdrawal period of seven (7) days after delivery of his order to return a product to Tibet Art for exchange or refund without penalty, except return fee. Pursuant to Article L. 121-20-2 of the Consumer Code, this clause does not apply:

Tibet Art archives Orders and invoices on a true copy in accordance with the provisions of section 1348 of the Civil Code. The records of Tibet Art will be considered by the Parties as evidence of communications, orders, payments and other transactions between the Parties.
