The salted butter tea is the traditional tea of Tibet. It is a tea that has important energy and nutrient values. It is completely adapted to the climate and living conditions of the Tibetan Highlands. It is the tea of choice for Tibetan nomads. It also serves to prepare the "Pak", a mixture of tea and tsampa (roasted barley flour).
Ingrédients for 4 people :

- Salt (1 teaspoon).
- Milk (250ml).
Put the hot tea into a large container. Cut butter into small slices so that it melts faster when mixed with hot black tea.
Add butter, salt and milk. Mix to obtain a homogeneous liquid. Your tea is ready. Serve hot.
