Tsel-momos : steamed vegetables dumplings

Ingredients for 8 people
spinach: 500g
Broccoli: 1 bunch
cheese: 500g
Fresh coriander: 1 small bunch
Onions: 2 medium onions
Green onions - 2
1 pinch salt
Wheat flour: 700g

Prepare dough using wheat flour, and store it in an airtight container or just wrap it with a plastic bag. Cut onion, spinach, coriander and broccoli into small pieces, and mix them until it becomes paste. Add some salt according to the quantity of the mix. Take a piece of dough, make flat round as in dumpling, and stuff it with the mix paste you just prepared. Make as many as you want depending on the quantity of the dough and the mixed paste.
